I'm Emrick, a licensed paralegal with a rich background in the legal sector that began in 2003. Before becoming officially licensed in October 2011, I had already accumulated a wealth of experience that has since grown to encompass more than a decade of dedicated legal practice.

My professional journey was uniquely initiated during my time as an international exchange student from China in an American high school, which not only enriched my educational background but also provided me with valuable perspectives on the complexities faced by newcomers to North America. This experience has been crucial in shaping my commitment to assisting new immigrants and international students, particularly those from China, who are often unfamiliar with the nuances of the Canadian legal system.
